Volunteer programme - Summer 2007
Bored of the usual summer holiday, lying on a beach, seeing the tourist sites, drinking too much!? Or would you like to combine a bit of that with something much more personally rewarding?
At relayNET we are organising our second year of volunteer programmes. Last year we successfully sent volunteers to a small town just outside Kisumu, Kenya. This year, volunteers who went on that trip are organising two more trips for 2006.
All of our trips are organised with the assistance of volunteers within the destination country providing you with a trustworthy and safe experience. These trips are designed to meet our aims of increasing self-sufficiency with the emphasis on helping people to help others and themselves at the same time.
Volunteers for our trips will be provided with the opportunity to meet other volunteers for the trip prior to departure.
